A one-page site is usually about a week. A five-page business site typically runs two to four weeks, and the biggest variable is how quickly content and feedback come back from your side. We’ll give you a date at the quote stage and tell you straight away if it slips.
Fixed. We agree the scope and the number before anything is built. If you add pages or features later, we quote that separately so you always approve the cost before it happens.
We’ll structure it and tighten what you give us at no extra cost. Writing pages from scratch is available as an add-on, tell us at the brief stage and we’ll price it in.
You do. The files, the domain and the hosting account are all in your name. Everything is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so there’s no licence or platform lock-in to escape if you ever want to move.
You get a walkthrough and 30 days of small tweaks included. After that, ongoing changes are either ad-hoc or on a maintenance plan, whichever suits how often you update things.
Half to book the project in and start work, half on the day it goes live. Larger builds can be split across milestones instead.
